Brewers not always in HD on Dish Network

I don't know if this belongs in another thread, so feel free to move if necessary.

Has anyone else with Dish Network noticed that not "all games are in HD this year" as promised by FS-Wisconsin? I've tried to get answers from Dish, but I just get the run-around and it's really starting to upset me. Anyone else have similar/different experiences to share? Any ideas out there?

There's another thread dealing with this in the Off-topic forum, but my understanding it's a Dish Network problem and not an FSN problem. I'm not a Dish subscriber, so others are probably more knowledgeable about this.
