I'd love to trade him before he inevitably cools off later this season. I don't know if they had planned on tendering him next season anyway.

What should be next for Hart? At this rate, I'd guess he's closer to the all-star game then he is to being platooned.

Hart's OPS-ing a respectable .762 vs. righties. I'd like to see his OBP a little higher from that side, but honestly, that's about what I'd expect. It's not like he's being asked to hit cleanup everyday.

At this point I would play Hart all but 1-2 games a week. I would put him in a straight up platoon with Edmonds if Edmonds wasn't and old fart who got injured when the wind blew the wrong way. Nah just kidding. Really though I think Edmonds can't handle more than 3 starts a week without breaking down.
