It's apparent our spring training In-Game Threads are just informational game access posts for now. That should change a bit once the regular season starts, and remember -- CHAT ROOM, CHAT ROOM, CHAT ROOM!

Box score here

This is a WTMJ game with Bob and Cory.

MLB audio subscribers can listen here.

We think how it's working out is if it's a webcast (non-radio), it's free to all. If it's a WTMJ audiocast, you appear to need a subscription.

No XM radio coverage until Sunday the 14th.

Gameday, which is pretty much functioning normally for most of the action now, can be found here.

***

We know posts may be light here during spring training, and while posts are still welcome, we will be pushing our

Spring Training Chat Room

during all our In-Game Threads.

When you look at the list of all our Forums, you'll see how many are in the chat room at any one time. Schmooze with fellow Brewer fans who are into the team enough that they've made listening to spring training games a part of their day!

Shortly before game time, media notes should be available here, with scheduled pitchers and players from minor league camp listed.

Uecker cracks me up, "Here's the 3-2 pitch by Parra to Lo Duca. It's a check swing and they appeal to first base. Ron Kulpa says that that Lo Duca held up. There's a guy who needs to get some spring training work in, Ron Kulpa."

It sound like Parra has been keeping the ball down and in the zone. His breaking ball seems to be spot on.

Escobar with a 2B, I wonder if we'll read in the paper tomorrow Macha's theory about Escobar hitting for power causing him to go into a mini slump again. Seriously, suggesting 1 HR is the cause of an 0-10 in a player's first extended call up may be the dumbest thing I've ever read.

Was at the game today. Axford looked awful, Parra looked good against the Rockies' AA lineup. The Rockies' starter, Hammel, must have really good movement because our hitters were missing his fastballs by a foot and--when we did hit them--they were grounders.

Escobar, Weeks, and Oeltjen looked good. Cain with an awesome at bat...was that about 15 pitches before hitting the homer? Lawrie looked awful in his at bat. Didn't realize that Errecart was in the Rickey Henderson mold of the ultra-rare "bats right, throws left". Brent Brewer--surprisingly--looked good out there. Agent Josh...please be sure to pass along some praise, as he looked smooth in the field and looked okay at the plate (I sort of expected him to be totally lost)

I, too, was at the game. That Cain at-bat was epic. Quite entertaining and fun to watch. Definitely would have been one of those standing ovation at-bats if it was at Miller Park--both during the at-bat and especially afterward.

Overall, the day was good. I thought Parra looked pretty sharp--he had Seth Smith completely baffled his first time up. I'll agree that Axford looked semi-lost during the inning, despite the final numbers. Schoeneweis still can't get righties out. That was hard to watch.

That was also probably the longest 7th inning (home and away) I've ever sat through, time-wise.
