Minor leaguers at spring training

Can anyone provide any insight on how our minor leaguers are doing at spring training? Any surprises? Disappointments? All thoughts and comments would be greatly appreciated.

Their games begin on Friday the 19th, we hope to provide box scores like last season, although that's more of a curiosity than anything it's going to really tell you.

I probably should have been more clear in my original post. How are guys like Rogers, Butler, Arnett, etc doing?
