bernie brewer bobblehead sga 4/11 (Includes photos of 2010 all-fan bobbles)

i have always hoped there would be a bernie brewer bobblehead.. seems there wont be an alternate bernie that spritzes water or maybe his female companion bernie whom he could use those raised arms to rub suntan lotion.

 

i know if i was a kid and got this as a toy, i'm throwing water and bubble bath suds in his tubby. i know this much, i gotta get one (and maybe a few extras) of this mascot bobble!!

ps. i'm sure we're still years away from "batboy", "first / third base coach" or "diamond dancer" sga.. i'm sure before that happens, we'll get the 6th sausage.

here the six "all-fan" bobbleheads consolodated onto one file. i'm interested in having all 6 & since i live in phoenix that will be a challenge. willing to buy / trade for these. my tradelist has lots of desireables (AZ, WI, mascots) but hadnt gotten around to making a list yet since i'm in lockdown ebay buying mode. some point in the future i'll show you guys my display cabinet, which is totally ridiculous!! Thanks for putting this together. Not sure why there are blank walls on the back of them. CC will look great next to last year's Braun. I'll have an extra Bernie and probably others, we could work something out I'm sure.

I like the CC best by far, that emotion just sums it up for me. The Bernie is lame, Gallardo would have been a lot better!

Have to say I am disappointed. Sabathia is the best by far. Aaron and Yount are too generic. I was hoping they would do a real creative Yount with him on the shoulders of everyone..........not sure how it would have looked, but it would be different. I was hoping the Cooper would be a bit more "expressive" as he waved the ball to fall. Oh well..........no retros at least this year!

A comment on the blank walls...I believe the Braun (with talking version!) from last year had a different wall portrayed on the Brewers website than that actually handed out. So...maybe the blank walls will become scoreboards...or maybe they won't be there at all? I don't see the point in having them if they're blank cause they look ridiculous!

I think they look so much better than the last two years, they at least look like the players... the past few years have had such generic faces...

The CC bobblehead is pretty awesome. They captured him very well. That pose reminds me of Bill's yells of "Yes!" in the background of the telecast.

 

The Cooper bobblehead is cool looking, the others are pretty meh, but a bobblehead is a bobblehead.

Under-whelmed by the Yount. Change the number to 45, and BOOM! - There you have Rob Deer in the Easter Sunday game.

I was also hoping that the Cooper would actually be a 'bobbing-arm' doll, simulating him trying to force the ball to the ground on his big hit in the ALCS.

The Yount woulda been better if it was more like the Snappers Greg Vaughn in full swing mode.

 

Aaron might have been more fitting if it was of him crossing homeplate after his final homerun?

I absolutely love the CC. I don't think the Bernie is that bad either. Disappointed in the Yount, it just seem so bland. The others are fine.

 

Sorry if this was asked, but are there alternates this year?

I keep thinking about those blank "scoreboards" on the bobbles. I can't help but think that the regular versions will be painted and the alternates will have something else...like maybe a button to push and they will light up?...

My God, I am so glad they made a CC bobble. It looks amazing. Can't wait to add that to the collection. Bernie bobble looks lame, should have done Gallardo. Oh well, Yo will get one next year.
