Uecker walked right by me too, but I was looking the other direction and couldn't snap a pic in time as he walked towards the Brewers clubhouse. Karma is a good thing, because when you go out of your way to do good things for people they sometimes reward you with incredible gifts like this. Thanks "Buddy"!

Nothing, if you're playing sports. With a collared dress shirt though, well, I'm not exactly GQ, but come on.

Larry King wears white tube socks:

 

It could be (at least I hope it is) a blood flow issue. I'm not Dr., but I do know some older folks in my wife's family that have to wear a tube sock for blood flow related issues. If it's not that....pretty strange.

If those are jeans he is wearing, I see nothing wrong with wearing white tube socks.

One guy I had an appt with this summer was wearing a blue dress shirt just like me, but of course, I had a tie and dress slacks/khakis. He wore his with shorts. I can't say I've ever seen that look before.

(I believe they have the Nike logo on them, so I doubt they are for blood flow support. Generally speaking though, if you wear white socks with jeans you should wear white sneakers.)

 

(Hawing - by all means, if that was a subtle hint at permission, go ahead and use the photo. I was thinking the same thing myself.)
