At least the Braves can't get too upset with the Brewers for not helping them out too much in the wildcard race, as they've lost the past two games themselves. Ricky Nolasco struck out 16 (!) Braves in 7.2 innings tonight.

I just stopped in to say that some days Ryan Braun really pisses me off. Did anyone else notice he closed his eyes on that ball he misplayed in LF? It was topic of conversation at the restaurant during Wednesday Wings... then his base running mistake... If it wasn't for his offensive production I'd find it very difficult to be in his corner.
