Specialized DVD Cases in Madison?

I'm working on a little project that I want a DVD case that can hold 4 disks for and I was wondering if anyone knows of a local store in the Madison area that would sell them? I know I can order them online, but I'd like them by this weekend and don't want to pay $15 in shipping to get them here in time.
