To the throbbing braintrust at bf.net:

 

Due to the significant other not paying attention to who was in front of her (me!) while caravaning, we have a car and a minivan that need some body work. Being the cheapskate that I am - plus not being able to afford to even pay attention at the moment, I need to find some auto spray paint to cover a new fender on the minivan and a rear quarter-panel on the car (blasted unibody! I have to pound and bondo that thing out). Who, in SE WI or even the Madtown area and all parts between, has a good selection (and cheap) so I'm not calling all over the place for two different paint codes.

The best place would be your local new car dealer. They will be able to get you an exact match, although unless you get it professionally done, it will probably not look the best. Good luck, hope it turns out ok

Any automotive paint supplier can hook you up. I like Monark in Burlington very much.

I've bought online before with good results. The color matched nicely and after the top coat was applied my fender actually looked pretty good. I can't remember off hand what website I bought from, but if I can think of it I'll let you know.

Thanks for all the replies. As soon as the checkbook allows, I'll probably shuffle over to Monark, and if that doesn't work out I've got an online place bookmarked.
