Wisconsin Dells coupons

Does anyone have one of those Dells coupon books? I'm looking to book a trip for this fall/winter, and was wondering if it was worth my money for just one trip. My number one choice is the Wilderness and I'm planning on staying for 2 nights. Otherwise if you have one and are in the Madison area, I could meet you up and buy you a beer or 4 if you weren't planning on using it.http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

You will definitely need 2 nights. I just stayed at the Wilderness for one night and was overwhelmed by the size of that place and how far apart the pools/restaurants are. That property is huge.

Did not buy one year, but have in the past. IIRC you can see a list of the coupons on the website that you can buy them from. If you are going to eat a few meals and do some activities away from the hotel then it is probably worth it. If you are going to stay at the hotel the whole time then probably not.

 

The Wilderness is nice and is spread out. You have to cover a lot of ground but there is also a lot do do with different pools etc. The "Wilderness on the Lake" is a little quieter and you still have access (via shuttle) to all the ameneties of the Wilderness.

i stayed at the wilderness twice. make sure if you want to be close to the 3 pools ask to stay in the wilderness. they somewhat tricked me by asking me if i wanted to stay in the glacier canyon lodge which is part of the wilderness. i said sure why not. i didnt realize it was about a 10-15 minute walk to the pools. you can get shuttle service if you want. the nice thing about the glacier canyon is that i got a 2 bedroom with a rull kitchen condo for the price of a regular room closer to the pools.
