No particular order

*Reggie Jackson - I actually have come to appreciate him now. But when I was a kid going to Brewer Games in the late 70's and early 80's, Reggie and the Yankees were very similar to today's Zambrano and the Cubs. I remember many "Reggie *has vacuum like qualities*" banners.

*Steff - Pretty in Pink

*Johnny Lawrence - Karate Kid - played by Willam Zabka who also played the villain in "Back to School" -Chas

*Roy Stalin - Better Off Dead

*Walter Peck - Ghostbusters - played by William Atherton who was a villain in other movies including "Real Genius"

*Darth Vader - Star Wars

*Eddie Haskle - Leave it to Beaver - ok bit of a stretch, but he was always trying to get Wally in to trouble

*While E. Coyote - The Road Runner Show

*Leonard Smalls - Raising Arizona

*Gaear Grimsrud - Fargo

I'm sure there are more that I can't think of right now.

edit. another one - Colonel Flag - M*A*S*H

I agree that Major Hochstetter was a better villan, but I prefer mine to have a bumbling, ineffective quality. For example, Saddam was quite a villan, but Saddam emerging from the spiderhole was much more satisfying.

And Patrick, that was a fine call on Reggie Jackson. I remember a photo from The Milwaukee Journal in 1979 with Reggie and Mike Caldwell in a fight, where Reggie is choking Caldwell and his eyes are bulging like one of those stress-reducing squeeze toys. Jackson was GREAT at playing the hated rival.
