Food stands at Miller Park....

Question for all of you......Does anyone know if the Brewers have a stand during weekday games where they sell $1 hotdogs and $1 sodas, exclusively?? I have a buddy that says he thinks he heard this. Is this true?? If so, where is the stand located?? Thanks.

I wanna say Monday through Thursday games there may be such a place where you can buy kiddie sized stuff for $1 or something like that. Can't tell you for sure though cuz I haven't been to many games during the week this year. My guess is that it would be on the terrace level.

Terrace would make sense. Next time you go to a game, ask at the terrace level Guest Relations booth. Damon is a whiz at questions like that. (Don't tell him I said that, though.)

I know they have "kid meals"--hot dog, chips, soda for $3.50 (maybe $4?) in the terrace Mon-Thurs at select stands.

 

I would think a permanent $1 dog promotion would be wildly popular and something we'd likely have heard of by now.

$4 gets you a hot dog, soda, peanuts and cookies at the food stand next to the playground in the terrace level(section 417ish). It isn't the stand facing the crowd but the stand that is facing the playground. It is only Monday-Thursday on games not against the Cubs.

This coming season, the Milwaukee Brewers and Sportservice, the team's concessionaire, will set up a discount concession stand at Miller Park's Terrace level.

 

The stand will offer smaller versions of three popular ballpark items in a $3 bundle. Fans will be able to buy a hot dog, soda and bag of peanuts for the equivalent of $1 per item.

And you have to by the whole "combo meal" (ot dog, peanuts, Brewer Cookies and small soda) for just $4. You can not just by $1 hot dogs or $1 sodas, you get all 4 pieces for $4. It is actually a pretty good deal. And that is all that is sold at that part of the stand. As stated M-Th games and this is the only stand that does it. Worth the trip upstairs even if you are not sitting in Terrace!

The Kid's Zone used to have $1 'Kid Hot Dogs' that were IMO exactly the same as the regulars...every game. I believe they had $1 sodas also.

story i heard is that the stand was geared for kids but was ravaged by everyone...thus they eliminated it.

 

i think the stand walker is talking about is the one previously discussed near the playground, but the final product added the cookies

I overheard some concession stand workers that were opening up a stand one day say that if someone asked for a dollar hot dog they were supposed to give it to them - so it might be worth a try. This wasn't at the kid's stand, but it was on terrace level.
