On the Florida State football site, they still have Richardson on their roster and talk about him possibly starting at quarterback? Did he truly sign with the Brewers, on the MLB site, he is not listed as having signed or the Brewer site.

I'm pretty sure I saw pictures of him signing. It was reported in a Tennessee(?) newspaper, as well.

If you look at the official draft pick selection/signing thread, you'll see Richardson's name is in bold, meaning he has signed. There is mention of this in the discussion thread for the 1st through 5th rounders, and it is covered in greater detail in the minor league transaction thread on the minor league forum.

Over at Baseball America they are reporting that the Brewers have signed Richardson.
