I saw an interesting article recently comparing Judd Apatow to John Hughes. I never really cared for most of Hughes' films (except Vacation, which is a classic), but I know a lot of people like them. I can't understand how anybody can watch Ferris Bueller's Day Off without wanting to punch someone, but it's still sad to hear that he died.

Oh, no you di'n't! Ferris is The Godfather of crappy 80s teen movies. A film to be dissected and lines memorized while there are still men who gather together to drink. Shame on you!
