Considering the state of our pitching this weekend (likely Burns and Villanueva), we could really use a good 7 innings from Looper tonight to save some arms. If the ball gets to Trevor I'd hope it is with a comfy lead as I'm sure there may be some nerves or extra emotion flowing. If we get down I hope they do what they did Monday and just make Swindle eat those innings as he is likely the odd man out when Houdini arrives.

Wow Gwynn Sr. just said Looper has been the Brewers best pitcher this year. Tony how about you do just a little research before going into the booth. The Brewers have this Gallardo kid that is pretty impressive. Heck...you son may played a game or two with him as he blew by him in the system!

Here we go again. That was 29 pitches in the first inning. Castro needs to start preaching to pitch to contact.

Everytime our pitchers pitch to contact the ball goes over the fence.
