What are your hobbies?

I rather enjoy the metal detecting hobby. Wish I had the opportunity to do it more.

i'm a big fan of wandering aimlessly, so i've always thought that would be a great hobby to start. what do you usually find? where do you typically search?

 

i play casino poker as a second job/hobby and i do a lot of hiking, be it long-distance or day-hiking. i'm currently learning how to kayak and rock-climb. there's also a boxing gym nearby and i'd like to get into that, too.

I took up golfing a little over a year ago and love it, I go atleast once a week. I enjoy MMA, the UFC mainly. I also spend hours listening to talk radio, sports and comedy. One of these days I'd like to learn to play the drums.

My free time generally consists of (in no particular order) playing poker, video games, playing piano or guitar, cooking, reading, and watching the Brewers and/or Packers.

 

I would like to exercise more but I despise running just to run. It's generally hard on my asthma and even with that aside I just don't get any enjoyment out of it. I like playing softball, baseball, football, bowling, and golfing. I would like to get a road bike and get into that. One of my buddies has one and I took it for a spin and was truly amazed at how effortless it felt and how fun it was.

I am a lawn freak. My destiny is kill every single blade of crabgrass and every dandelion in my lawn. I am pretty sure my neighbors think I am a nut job.

 

Other than that I play some basketball and watch the Crew, thats about it

Right now, my main hobby is working on my DJ stuff. Other than that, I've enjoyed kayaking, and I try to make it to the gym regularly now. Although, within the month my new hobby will probably be "working on Brewerfan again".

--PITCH League Baseball (Diamond Mind league--it's our 20th anniversary this year)

--College/Pro football parlays

--used to do the baseball card thing. Now a days, it's a buy a couple of packs a year just to bring back childhood memories.

--movies

--photography

--golf, when I can get out (yeah, yeah, I live in AZ and I could golf 300+ days a year. But gosh it's hot!)

--I like to do some singing but not in public anymore. Did enough of that in high school and college.

--Hiking

 

Man, I'm sure there's more that I'm forgetting.

Golf. Lots of golf. I try to get out three times a week.

I like to do karaoke from time to time, play video games (MVP '05 mostly), keep up with the sports world, ski a few times in the winter, trout fishing, lake fishing, and a little hunting..
