Baker was traded for Al Alburquerque? What a great name! I hope that guy makes the majors at some point. I was hoping his middle name started with B., so he could be Al B. Alburquerque but no such luck. However, according to bbref, his name is Alberto J. Alburquerque, which means he could be Albie Alburquerque, which accomplishes the same thing.

Hopefully the Dodgers acquire him sometime so he can play in AAA for the Albuquerque Isotopes! That would be sweet.

You would prefer Chris Woodward starting at 3B? Baker had a fine minor league career and never got ANY consistent playing time with Colorado thanks to Helton and Atkins.
