Another great interview. I can't believe just how many topics you were able to cover without making it seem rapid-fire. Particularly interesting was the discussion of Charlie Finley out in Oakland. I don't think an owner could get away with anything even remotely approaching that kind of behavior these days. The fans, the league and the players association would put so much pressure on the owner as to make it impossible to be that cheap. Finley makes the Marlins people look like George Steinbrenner.
