That’s the only thing Chicago’s good for: to tell people where Wisconsin is.

Sorry if I missed this somewhere else, but I didn't catch the broadcast last night or see it anywhere in the JS... But what's the word on Cameron's knee? I imagine it's not thought to be serious?

While I hope Manny does well, im thinking this game is going to be a blow out in favor of the Marlins. They kill fastballs, so hopefully his change is on. Tired bullpen, maybe keep him in there to take some licks...Hoping im wrong.

According to Brian Anderson, we're looking at a 6:30 PM CDT start. FS-Wisconsin is going back to the studio in the meantime.

Anyone notice that Kendall's right eye is messed up? I noticed it in the pre-game. Looks like he has a bad black eye. It even looked like he was taking a whiff of some smelling salt at one point before the game.

I took a picture from the telecast of him in the dugout and posted it HERE.

He's playing so obviously it's not serious, but I thought it was a little strange.

Jody Gerut jut stole second base and third base in the second inning, leading to a run on a sac fly. The Brewers had gone 16 consecutive games without a stolen base. That's the fourth longest drought in franchise history, with the record being 20 consecutive games.

BTW, triw7 isn't kidding about Kendall. His niece hit him with a bat.

Adam McCalvy sent me this e-mail on Kendall's eye:

He got whacked in the eye on the off day but everything checked out fine. It's one of those deals that looks much worse than it is. Much, much, much worse, because it's even more knarly in person. - Adam

I hadn't heard about his niece. Was that reported on JSOnline or Brewers.com? Just curious...

Brian and Bill mentioned it during Friday's game.

does Prince ground into more DPs than most players, or does it just seem that way to me? We really need to jump on Sanchez soon here. I don't want to see this game turn into one of those games where we put the pitcher on the ropes in the first inning, don't get anything and then let him settle into a groove. We need to score some runs, especially with Manny on the mound.
