Now that Manny Parra has officially fallen apart (hopefully only temporarily), they do need a starter and if Hart can net a good starter and a Katin/Catalanotto platoon can give just as much if not more production than Hart then I think that trade improves the team.

 

That's the thing though. Other teams know Hart has been crap since the all-star break, so they're not going to give a pitcher worthwhile to us.
