Board spring cleaning

Over the past month or so, we've been doing some spring cleaning here on the board. Some documents have been moved or renamed. Also, to reduce stickies, some items have been added to the row of links above the discussion area.

A bit about the threads...

• Fan Forum Etiquette is the document formerly known as the Rules of Conduct. Except for references to its new name, its content hasn't changed. Fan Forum Etiquette is stickied here in Issues.
• MLB Forum FAQ contains a couple of extra etiquette requests (rules) that pertain to the Major League forum only. It also contains some hints for those who want to use the search tag feature in that forum. The thread is now unstickied, but it's still housed in that forum.
• Designated Threads contains a list of Major League forum threads designated for certain types of discussion. This thread is now unstickied, but it's still housed in the Major League Forum. It'll be stickied for brief periods when threads are added.
• In-Game Thread FAQ contains additional etiquette requests (rules) pertaining to in-game threads. The thread is now unstickied, but it's still housed in that forum.
• IGT Usability Guide contains information to aid members in starting In-Game Threads. It includes graphical templates that can be used. The thread is now unstickied, but it's still housed in that forum.
• Quoting messages contains guidelines for quoting posts within the same thread. It's housed here in Issues, but hasn't been stickied for quite a while.
• Fan Sites / Resources contains fan sites, newspaper links, and additional resources. Its full title (Fan Sites, Newspaper Links, & Resources) is abbreviated to save space. It's stickied here in Issues. The Resource List, formerly located in the Major League Forum FAQ, is now located in this thread.
• Usability FAQ contains hints for getting around Brewerfan and the board. It's stickied here in Issues.
