2009-05-16 Brewers (Suppan) at Cardinals (Wainwright): 12:10 PM CDT [Brewers win, 1-0]

MJLiverock[/b]]The CSR's are usually the least informed people to deal with unless you are just trying to get something ordered or fixed, they have no clue about how the programming works.

For DirecTV customers:

If you are watching MLB network or maybe even one of the RSN's you press the Red Button on your remote and the scoreboard screen comes up with all the current scores and the option to tune directly to each game. If you press, "watch now" on the Brewers/Cards score a list comes up with all the channels showing the game and whether it is HD or not. I think 4 or 5 channels were listed for this game so I had to try a couple before I found the one that was the WMLW feed and not the Cardinals feed which were all blacked out.

Thanks for the red button tip... now why couldn't the CSR have found that channel for me???... 75% of a 40 minute call was on hold while she checked things. (I did let her know my frustration was not directed towards her, and acknowledged she is probably just reading the script or doing what her supervisors are telling her to say and that my beef is with the management/executives).

And now that finally have it on TV, I've got to leave for a meeting 90 minutes away... bring on Bob & Corey!

I have the game on WMLW and FS Wisconsin in Milwaukee - Time Warner. I know it's only supposed to be on WMLW though - I just discovered it was on FS Wisconsin when I flipped to that channel out of habit.

Strange, I have TWC and they have beach volleyball on FS (the info thing says MLB baseball...but they always have that wrong when the game is on WMLW).

That is odd - wonder why I have it on FS Wisconsin. I have flipped over to WMLW now anyway and it's the same feed so I guess it doesn't really matter anyway.

Saw some posts earlier in this thread about FSN broadcasting the game. Here is what I am noticing. In my family room, where I have my TV connected to a digital cable box (Time Warner), the game is on both WMLW and FSN (WMLW feed). On other TVs in my house where the cable is connected directly to the TV there is beach vollyball showing up on FSN. Weird.

I went and checked my TV in the kitchen which has regular cable after you posted this and yeah I don't have the game on FS Wisconsin there but I do have it on FS Wisconsin on my TV with digital cable.

Stranger yet, the TV I'm watching on does have the digital box and Brewers are definitely not on FSN.

Not sure if it makes any difference but I'm watching on a Digital/HD box (or is there such a thing? Are all the boxes the same?)

Mine is digital but not HD...maybe that is it.

Wow...ok, someone let us know how good was the play by Hardy.

WTG Soup!

Fantastic.

Fully outstretched, diving to his right. Got up, threw to Weeks to get the force at 2nd.

I don't know if anyone's following on ESPN GameCast, but they have a cool new feature that shows you the percentage of each team winning. Right now the Brewers have a 78% chance of winning if anyone's curious.
