I have seen Shinedown a number of times and probably won't make the effort to see them again, unless a bunch of friends wants to. Airborne Toxic Event is a band that I really was hoping would come to summerfest so I'm definitely in for that show. Other than that I think its a pretty weak stage.

Meat Puppets are at 8:00, with Matthew Sweet at 10:00. Not crazy about Meat Puppets, but I'll definitely check out Matthew Sweet. The Asher Roth show will be the night when 20,000 people try to cram into the US Cellular stage waiting for one song. Pretty sure I'll skip that.

Phil Vassar is always one of the best shows at Summerfest every single year, free stage or otherwise. Just a huge party with one of the biggest crowds of the entire fest.
