this is kind of a Brett Favre situation. I'll believe it when I see it. It's kind of like Keith Jackson retiring about 10 years ago. But he's still doing games anyways.

I would bet Madden will still occasionally "guest" on games and do some special features and things like that. But I think he really is done as a full time announcer.
