Hopefully we can get one back tonight...the frustrating thing about Saturday's loss is that we went from 3-2 to 2-3 in one swing of the bat, and now it'll be tough to get over .500 before we have to face the beasts of the NL East on the road this weekend.

 

That said, it's going to be nice to get into the swing of the season starting tonight.

I like there 3-4-5 but the rest of their lineup is entirely underwhelming. There bottom of the lineup is just a black hole. Of course ours with Kendall isn't that much better.

 

I am calling it right now that Jason will get 2 hits tonight. With him batting in front of Gallardo he is going to get some pitches to hit http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

Slight correction for the Gameday link for those unable to watch on TV tonight -

Had a similar tweak to make in yesterday's link, the team id should only be three letter (the "n" usually only comes into play with two teams from the same city like chicago), delete the "n" after mil and all should be good tonight -

I don't see an other games thread today so I thought I would try to jinx the Cubs here. Lilly has a no-hitter through 6 2/3rds

 

Ah my jinx worked before I even posted. Atkins singled to break up the no-no. Lilly would not have been able to go the distance anways and Marmol already has pitched 3 consecutive days so the no-no would not have lasted

For those of us with Direct TV, I believe the game is on channel 652, the FSN Alternate. At least it's showing up on the schedule on that channel. Here's hoping.

 

Edit: I see now that people have noticed this in the major league forum. But here's the info, just in case anyone is surfing only within this thread.

Once again another game night spent watching DVR'd shows thanks to FSN WI or WMLW or whomever is responsible for putting the Brewers on a channel that no one outside of Milwaukee can recieve and giving the rest of the state the Bucks a team no one outside of Milwaukee and very few in Milwaukee are even remotely interested in watching play out the string of yet another meaningless season. And thank you MLB, way to promote your product by blacking out the game to interested fans all over the state.
