Google issue on laptop

So when I google something, a different page pops up and its not the page I clicked on. It takes me to a page that it thinks is related to the topic I searched. So like if I google the band Tool, it will take me to a page about tile cutters.

 

Any thoughts on why this does this? I am assuming I have some sort of virus. I can't google this to find a solution.

Tried everything simple like restarting your browser application and computer? Had this exact same thing happen to me once and it was really odd. Restarting fixed it. Also is it just one web page or is it a different one every time?
