Starting an Investment Group/Club

Hey Guys-

I'm planning to start an "investmnet club/group" with about 8-10 fellow coaches this spring/summer, and was wondering if anyone had an experience/advice to offer. I know a few people that have participated in something similar (we're going to invest about $1K/person (probably about $10K initially as a group), and maybe use E-Trade, TD Waterhouse, or something similar. I'm not from that industry, so i'm not sure what legal documents we need to file etc. If anyone has any advice, i'd greatly appreciate it!
