that was an awesome win and a truely exciting game to watch. Big time abs by all usa hitters in the bottom on the ninth. esp roberts working it back from 0-2. WBC. I'm totally onboard.

That felt like watching a playoff game. What a dramatic classic finish. I will be honest though I text my buddy after PR went up 5-3 that it was over. Glad I was wrong.

Great game by the US team to battle back after being mercy ruled by this same team. I'm excited for the final round. Hopefully this will bring more US fans on board with the WBC.

was that Derrick Turnbow on the mound in the 9th? Why the heck was JC Romero left in to start the inning in a "pressure" situation that he usually doesn't handle (9th inning save duties)?

 

Sorry to say, but the USA didn't win that game as much as Puerto Rico lost it.

I just saw a batter from Japan bat right handed, didn't realize that was legal.
