Mark Rogers: how is his arm? Latest: Baseball America with an Exciting Update

Why not develop him as a reliever? At 97mph he should be able to get it done if that lands in the strike zone. What do the Brewers have against developing relievers?
Probably something to do with having so few top of the rotation SPs... same reason Jeffress will get every opportunity

Interesting to hear that Rogers' arm is responding after having a lengthy break. Some might recall that I used to theorize that pitchers with shoulder surgery needed time to re-calibrate their shoulders (since there's so much going on in there), and might be better off taking 2 years to come back rather than 1.
