i am selling my ipod touch 8gb since i got the iphone. if comes with the charger and a silicone case. no headphone are included because i dont think you want used headphones. it has a few minor scratchs from wear and tear before i got the case. but everything works fine. if you have any questions please ask and i can send pics if your interested. thanks matt
