Schilling to the Cubs? (or Rays)

http://38pitches.weei.com/general/tape-recorders-are-good-because/

Schilling said if he makes a comeback, the Cubs and Rays would be his 2 choices to come back with. It could be scary if he lands with the Cubs because he can probably put together a 4 ERA over 150 innings if he is fully recovered. I'd of course rather see him in a Rays uniform, but the Cubs have to be licking their chops right now.

One writer thinks it's a long shot for the Chicago Sun Times, and the another (from the Tribune) thinks it could happen.

I know he had lost a lot of velocity the last time he was pitching in the Majors so he was DL'd for the year, but if he can get that velocity back, the Cubs might have another start to add to their stock pile.
