Strange bf.net layout

This seems to happen to me about once a week.

 

The top of the screen looks like the navigation menu is open, but there is no choice to close it.

Then the image in the screen cap. With all pulldown menus including forum jumps permanently open

Then the bottom looks like my profile page only blue on blue.

 

 

My other issue is sometimes(especially on very long threads) I will see the baseball icon and a new posters name, but when the ball is clicked I get the last post I read and no posts follow it. running windows xp and firefox 3.0ish

Not so good at firefox formatting either Edited to add windows xp as I couldn't remeber what it was called. Almost said mojave

The dropdown issue has been known to happen, but nowhere near as often as you describe (unless you're on a mobile device, then it's constant). Do things improve if you clear your cache?

 

Botched up reply and page numbering is a known Yuku bug. We're all likely to see it at one time or another. That's why you might see something like "reply #46ish" in thread titles. I asked about this a few weeks ago, but staff didn't have any news to provide.

Haven't noticed any change plus or minus cache clearing. It's on my laptop. Since I posted I restarted and checked back and all is well for now.

 

Glad to hear it's not just me and my relative lack of computing knowledge screwing this up

Do you use any other computers regularly to access the board? Have you seen the issue on them?

This is my primary computer.

When I get my home pc set back up I'll see what happens on it.
