I have a question about Arby elgible players I thought I'd put in this thread.

 

Let's say there's a young arby player in his 3rd year in the bigs that has to accept arbitration. The two sides can't come to an agreement and it looks like it will head to a hearing. Is it possible for the team that controls him to trade him? The team controls him, but he is not really under contract. I don't know why a team would do that, but was just wondering if it's possible.

Sure. The arby offers will simply be traded to the new team along with the player.
