Oakland is looking to deal left-hander Joe Kennedy. Milwaukee, Philadelphia and the Dodgers are among the teams that have shown interest in Kennedy. -- Star-Ledger

Joe Kennedy has had a bad season but last year in relief he was very good. 35 innings, 29 K, and a 2.31 ERA

Where would we put him? I would be interested in him, but would he be setup, or long relief? Possibly take Spurlings place?

As a stopgap LH reliever, he'd be fine. The A's would probably not ask for much either.
