Did the murderer give him the map? The card?

Did the man know the murderer?

Did the man die before the car was damaged? While the car was being damaged? After the damage occurred?

Is the card larger than an average-sized business card? Smaller than an average-sized business card?

I might have missed this one:

Was this a playing card?

How about a Tarot card?

Did the place where the victim left from prior to being murdered have any significance? (e.g. He was at the race track just prior to being killed)

Was gambling involved in the scenario?

Was the car crash the cause of the man's death? yes

Would the man have died anyway, regardless of the crash (e.g., having a heart attack while driving)? no

Was his name Taint McFadden?

Our victim goes to a fortune teller. The fortune teller gives him the Death Card. Man gets upset and calls everyone he knows. Fortune teller, not wanting to be exposed as a fraud, sneaks outside and cuts the man's brake lines. Prior to leaving, fortune teller draws the man a map telling him to go to some location so the hex can be lifted. On the way to said location, man realizes he has no brakes. Man then crashes into an aquarium and dies. Part of his car was found underwater.

Am I way off?

Did the fortune teller draw the map for the victim?

Did the fortune teller mis-lead the victim - did he tell him to go somewhere on the map and this set him up to be killed?

Did the fortune teller intend to murder the victim before they met?

Or did he tell the man's fortune, and felt he had to carry out the events he foretold?

You don't have an Adam Wainwright. Easily the best gentlemen in all of sports. You don't have the amount of real good old American men like the Cardinals do. Holliday, Wainwright, Skip, Berkman those 4 guys are incredible people

Did he drive off an incomplete road?

Was an earthquake involved?

If the man wasn't set up to die by the fortune teller, would something bad have happened to the fortune teller?

...or a loved one of the fortune teller?

Is it important that the fortune teller had to draw the map?

Would a regular map have shown more accurate information that would have prevented the man's death?
