Transaction Posting Question

I just have a simple question regarding transactions for the Brewers this year. Should all minor league signings go in the minor league transaction thread and not a separate thread? It doesn't matter to me at all I just want to make sure I post in the right spot. IIRC I know as transactions went on during the season it was more of a strict transaction thread and not discussion. I just want to make sure that minor league signings (for the few that go to the IMO a very good minor league thread) should be posted on that thread and discussed. The signings may not be 'huge' now, but like we've seen in the past some of these nuggets could be some very nice signings. I guess I just want to make sure I know where to post transactions and then also where they can be discussed. Thanks!

Most, if not all, minor league transactions are not significant due to their inherent nature. It is fair to keep all minor league transactions in one thread... if a case develops where a player needs to be talked about, mods can either split off the discussion, or in the more likely scenario where a player is talked about sometime later into the season, people can feel free to start threads about him.

 

For instance, Jason Bourgeois and Scott Thorman are higher profile minor league signees, but they are both still just minor league signees. I don't think there is an intensive enough interest in these signings to warrant a thread of their own over say an Erasmo Ramirez or John Axford. The general differential in interest isn't that great.
