I have done a lot of trading on this forum over the past year or so, and figured we should have a place where we can give other members a heads up on trading partners.  It just seems that we need a place to publically anounce those awesome people that we trade with to feed our ridiculous habits!

 

Here is a list of those who I had successful transactions with in the past.  Some I bought bobbles from, some were trades through the mail.  All of them are highly recomended and I would do business with again in a heartbeat!

i cant think of anyone who has screwed another person over on this website. iv been a member for a few years and i have never heard one member say they had a bad experience with another board member. so i give thanks to all members that do trades or sales or whatever on this site. this site has a ton of credibility in my opinion. because of everyone being honest and legit i have no need for this thread because i can trust almost everyone on here. so thanks again to everyone. matt

I'll agree, by and large the Brewerfan community has been helpful and trustworthy.

I've sold tickets on the site a few times....and it's been kind of hit or miss if people show up, or follow through. Princefielder28 and tristarscoop have been great. Littledoc83 went back and forth with me a few times and we settled on me leaving the tickets in my mailbox so he could pick them up on game day....he never picked them up and didn't respond to my email asking if there was a problem.

I can't remember all the people I have traded bobbles with but I know all the deals have been smooth and I would do business with any of them again. I would think they would say the same for me.

Yeah, I've dealt with a few people on here - mattsr0625, billyhallfan, and Pedro - on numerous occasions and couldn't have been happier with the way things have turned out. I know there have been others as well, but can't remember names. It's a true testament to this website that we can operate on complete trust amongst one another. At least I feel that way!

I had great help last year buying bobbles off people when I was filling my stuff for Christmas. I'll probably be doing that again this year as I missed a few retros and the sausage from this year.

 

But BrewerJamie and Hawning have been great. I think BillyHallFan sent me a couple gameday programs, which is a minor thing, but still I needed them for my years collection (I need to figure out which ones from this year I'm missing too).

 

Being in the middle of trying to move, and all my stuff boxed up at my Dad's house has limited my ability to trade, but hopefully when the house sells, I can get back at it.

I've lost interest in autograph and memorabilia collecting, but this is a wonderful place for exchanging tickets.

 

I purchased a pair of NLDS tickets from lcbj68c a couple of hours before the game, as a last ditch effort to get my parents into the game. Also had a flawless exchange of Cubs/Brewers tickets with Blancofan1. I have no reservations about trading tickets with fellow fans who are so passionate about the Brewers.

 

As a first time STH in 2009, I look forward to many more good experiences!
