Anyone besides me own this? This is bar-none the coolest game I have ever played!!! If anyone has it and needs a code for the 3-pack costumes, let me know I have one extra.

Maybe it's just that I couldn't get into the beta, but I never got the "there" behind LBP.

 

Is it the platforming that's so much fun, or the user-generated content aspects?

(The game I've been most anticipating comes out next week anyway, but I'll just point to the videogame thread for that, rather than derail discussion here.)

The game content itself is pretty cool in its own rights, but the content users add is unreal. Once you get past the story mode, and actually play with other people online, the game turns into a world of basically unlimited levels, all different. The ability to customize your sackboy and the gestures they make all just add onto the game. I don't think I laughed at a game more than I have at this one.
