Halloween Pics and Ideas Thread

I've been getting into Halloween more lately and I'd like to deck out the yard some more. Our yard is decorated, but just a little. Looking around, I've seen some really neat ideas put into practice in my neighborhood. I'd like to go with home made stuffs as much as possible because it saves money and is more durable. I've started a cemetery for the front yard which will expand quite a bit next season. I'm going to add more headstones, a fence, some ghosts, body parts, and other neat-o scary stuff. Any ideas for made at home scary stuff that won't blow away or break easily?

Another Neighbor:

This guy goes all out year after year. He made all kinds of headstones and the giant spider and web. He also made the coffin and has quite a few really neat decorations. He often hides someplace in the display and will scare the bigger kids and adults.
