I would have to say 3rd base and catcher. Let's giver Rivera a shot. Kendall played well defensively but it was like having two pitchers at the bottom of the order. I am not ready to give up on Weeks and Hart.

Kind of an odd topic. Did you expect anyone to say anything other than 3b?

 

Every is immediately jumping on Bill Hall. Unless we eat a ton of his salary, he is ours for the forseeable future.

 

1. Bring back Branyan on the cheap. Branyan & Hall in a strict platoon will be a pretty average 3B. (And Branyan gives us the LH bat we need)

 

2. Pray.

 

I don't really see anything else major happening. Escobar and Gamel need to stay in AAA until further notice. Cameron is good enough in CF to keep. Everyone a year older with a rotation of Yovani, Parra, Bush, McClung and Suppan has a chance to compete. Then you enter 2010 with major decisions, when you have a better understanding of where the club is heading. (Regarding Gamel, Escobar, Salome and Jeffress)
