New Cell Phone Recommendations???

So my razr is finally dying so i'm looking for some recommendations on a new cell phone. I don't want anything too fancy or too expensive (so no iphone). I absolutely love the razr, so i'm looking for something about the same size and the same quality. I just don't feel like spending $100 to get a new razr. I've been looking at the LG Shine, which appears to be about the same size as a razr. The reviews are overall pretty good, but there are some concerns about the joystick and the small keypad.

 

so does anyone have the shine? like it? yeay or nay on the slider phones? any other recommendations??

 

I guess I should note that I currently use AT&T as my provider.
