The injury coincided with his slump, and prevented him from getting full extension on his swing. It scares me that the elbow tendonitis has prevented him from playing in the AFL. If his elbow can't handle a heavy workload, then he can't get the reps he needs to become a 3B. Another reason to move him to 1st.

 

I wonder if they try to get him into the AFL for the 2nd half of the season once his elbow is fit?
