My new project-I need help

i am trying to obtain, and i have all of the big guys and good players, everybody that played for, or was in a brewers uniform in 2008...on cards, with their autograph, in blue sharpie...i have gotten almost all of them myself, but i have some left i know of, like joe dillon...

 

anyway, what my questions are:

 

is there a site where i can find a list of everybody, i think it is like 45 players at least, this includes all call ups, or guys like zach jackson...

 

and then eventually i want to make this into a plaque, does anyone know of a place that makes those?
