PMs not sending properly; workaround to make sure they've gone out (fixed)


It seems that a bug has been affecting the sending of PMs for the past 12 hours or so. When one tries to send, the browser reports "Waiting for whomever.whatever.yuku.com" without taking the user to the recipient's profile as feedback that the PM has sent.

 

It's likely that the PM has actually been sent, even though Yuku isn't "saying" it is. I sent the same message to a member eight times last night.

 

The workaround is to check your Sent box to see if the message has gone out. Check the Sent box in a separate tab or window to ensure that you don't lose the content of your message.

 

Yuku is aware of this issue.
