Anyone know what type of necklace this is?

Extremely off topic but I saw Rich Harden up close and really liked the necklace he was wearing and I've been wanting this type of necklace anyway for myself and was curious if anyone happened to know what necklace this is or at the very least what type of necklace it is so I could go about searching for one?
