valpo, you had a lot better luck than I was having. The thing appears to be interlaced, so I don't think perfection is likely to happen.

This morning I managed to stop the video at a clearer spot - it chops off my screen name and the top of the kool-aid pitcher, but the "Never surrender" line is clear. However, I don't know what to do from that point to get a screen capture.
