Have they set a date for the Macha firing yet? Seems like they have been mulling it over for some time now.

My guess is the first day of the off-season is Macha's last day as Brewers manager. I just have a gut feeling.

here is the problem, if they don't have a better candidate to replace him, i'd give him another year. We were all happy to get rid of Yost and they brought in 3 retreads and we picked the best one. Most brewer fans were very happy with him when we had the best record in the NL. Weeks went down and everything went to heck. I'd give him another year.

I was and am disappointed Kremblas was let go. He was my choice before the 2007 season when Yost first should've been let go.
