Question on blaze orange and hunting

What is the law on this now a days?

 

51% of all clothing has to be blaze orange? Is there and exact "blaze orange" that is certified by some group like "OSHA green" is?

It must be 50% blaze orange from the waist up. Faded or stained blaze orange clothing may not meet requirements. Camo-blaze that is 50% blaze orange is legal. A hat, if you decide to wear one must be at least 50% blaze orange too.
