Obviously, evey hitter should swing at the first pitch.

 

"Cameron is batting .244. But when he has a one-pitch plate appearance, he averages .419 (13 for 31), the best on the team. The league average in that category last season was .344."

Or wait for the seventh pitch:
First baseman Prince Fielder has a team-best on-base percentage (.545), when seven or more pitches are thrown to him. His average is an impressive .355 in that category.

That’s the only thing Chicago’s good for: to tell people where Wisconsin is.
