Teh opposition really does seem to have teh book on Sheets. Everyone is starting to figure out how to get his pitch count up. Everyone is following the same plan of attack. They don't always succeed, but he does seem to be quite susceptible to the big blast when guys from the other team get into those battles with him.

Since the Allstar break Sheets has:

 

Barely made it through 5 innings against the crappy Giants

Got beat by the AAA Braves

Lost to the crummy Padres

Fell apart against the Astro Juggernaut.

 

He did beat the powerhouse Nationals, though.
